The BOSS Brunch is a signature Shaping Her Earth experience connecting college students with accomplished women across business, entertainment, media, law, health, entrepreneurship, and beyond.
Through curated conversations, mentorship, and intentional community-building, students gain insight into career pathways, professional opportunities, and the tools and connections needed to navigate life beyond the classroom.
More than a panel, BOSS Brunch creates a bridge between potential and possibility, making mentorship and access tangible while giving students space to ask questions, build relationships, and envision what comes next.
The experience is rooted in expanding access and addressing the unique experiences and challenges facing college women of color as they prepare for their next chapter.
