The Sister to Sister Program is a dynamic 12-week mentorship initiative that connects SHE Leaders—college women of color—with high school girls from their communities. Through intentional one-on-one mentorship, participants build meaningful relationships rooted in guidance, accountability, and encouragement.

Throughout the 12 weeks, SHE Leaders support mentees in setting and achieving personal, academic, and future-focused goals. Together, they engage in conversations and activities designed to strengthen self-esteem, expand vision, and develop the tools needed to thrive in both school and life.

This program is designed to meet young women where they are while equipping them with the confidence, clarity, and support system to move forward with purpose.
