The SHE Collegiate Cohorts provide a safe, supportive space where BIPOC women and girls on college campuses across the nation can be seen, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential. These cohorts foster inclusive learning environments that spark meaningful discussions on race, politics, economics, arts, and culture—exploring these topics through the lens of BIPOC experiences.

SHE on Campus serves two key communities: college students and high school students. On campus, SHE empowers BIPOC women through quarterly workshops focused on the "4 P’s"—Personal, Professional, Pocket (financial), and Philosophical goal-setting. These workshops equip students with the tools to thrive in every area of their lives, helping them navigate challenges and build a foundation for long-term success.

SHE SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS

The Sister to Sister mentorship program extends SHE's impact by connecting college students with high school girls in their communities. In this program, SHE Leaders guide high schoolers in setting and achieving academic and personal goals, creating an intergenerational network of support and empowerment.

SHE Collegiate Cohorts prioritize:

- Community-Building and Personal Development
- Academic Support and Self-Advocacy
- Workshops on Financial Literacy, Leadership, and More
- Creating a Ripple Effect of Empowerment in Communities

Through these cohorts, BIPOC women and girls gain the confidence, skills, and connections they need to thrive academically, professionally, and personally, creating a lasting impact on their campuses and in their communities.
