SHE on Campus is a national leadership incubator and mentorship network for BIPOC women in college. Rooted in service, community, and leadership development, SHE equips students with the tools, confidence, and connections to thrive academically, professionally, and personally—while actively creating pathways of mentorship for the next generation.

Through collegiate cohorts on campuses across the country, SHE provides structured spaces for women of color to be seen, supported, and developed as emerging leaders. These cohorts function as both leadership incubators and service organizations, where college women are trained in mentorship, leadership, and impact-building while engaging in meaningful dialogue around identity, culture, education, career readiness, and community advancement.

SHE ON CAMPUS

BRING SHE TO YOUR CAMPUS
SHE Collegiate Cohorts center development through the “4 P’s” framework:

  • Personal Development – identity, confidence, and emotional intelligence
  • Professional Development – leadership, internships, and career readiness
  • Pocket Development – financial literacy and economic empowerment
  • Philosophical Development – values, purpose, and worldview

SISTER TO SISTER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The Sister to Sister Mentorship Program is the core service arm of SHE on Campus. This initiative connects college women with high school girls in their communities, creating an intergenerational pipeline of mentorship, guidance, and empowerment.

Through consistent mentorship, SHE Leaders support high school students in building confidence, setting academic and personal goals, and preparing for college and beyond. In turn, college mentors deepen their leadership skills, expand their sense of purpose, and gain hands-on experience in service-based leadership.

This reciprocal model ensures that both mentors and mentees grow within a shared ecosystem of excellence, accountability, and care.

IMPACT

SHE on Campus is more than a program—it is a leadership pipeline.

By investing in BIPOC women at the collegiate level and connecting them to younger students in their communities, SHE builds a cycle of mentorship that strengthens campuses, transforms communities, and prepares the next generation of leaders to thrive with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
